In a separate container, mix red wine, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, and minced onion. Put the hare in a crockpot or Dutch oven and pour the sauce over it. Cook all day at low heat.

Put sauerkraut in bottom of slow cooker/Crock Pot. Add diced onion and chopped apple. Do not need to peel apple. Stir and even top. Layer country ribs on top of kraut mixture. Pour beer over all. Cover and cook on low from 8 to 10 hours.
