As some of you know, last weekend my FC4 deluxe separated at the seam. I called Jeremy (Outcast customer relations) and pleaded my case. He apologized profusely and two days later (today) I received a brand new bladder. Amazing customer support! -ABT-
Absolutely. After a few troubles with the bladder seams, they wound up sending me a Fat Cat upgarde.... free! Viva la Outcast! -ABT-
These folks are great. I had a an imperfection around the valve of my SFC so I took a picture of the problem and e-mailed it to Outcast. They had me return the whole tube and replaced the outer skin. No problem at all.
